Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday - Friday, before 4pm eastern time, will be packaged and sent to the post office the next business day after the order is placed.  All orders are subject to tracking number and signature upon delivery.  All orders are shipped using USPS only. 

Never Collection only offer Standard Shipping.

If order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday, your order will not be processed until the next business day. 

Never Collection is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any orders lost in shipping due to delivery service.  We will provide you with a tracking number and do what we can to assist you with locating your package but these types of concerns should be forwarded to the shipping provider.
